All businesses are unique, so we allocate time to get to grips with your client's business. We do our due diligence so that we have a solid base of understanding during our research.
Our packages include 5 competitor websites and your client's website, so 6 in total. Additional competitors are charged at $200 each.
Both packages start with 1 persona. The number of personas will effect the cost of Empathy Maps and Persona Posters. Additional Empathy Maps are charged at $150 each and extra Persona Posters are charged at $100 each.
Our website maps are priced at $20 per page. The packages above are priced for 10 pages, but we'll reduce or increase this during the process in consultation with you. Our site maps are detailed, with context for every section on every page.
Typically our Classic package will take 2 weeks to complete. Our Extra Toppings package could take an additional week to complete because of the User Questionnaire. A bespoke research plan with User Interviews or other services will add more time.
